Following detailed visual instructions, draw your own labyrinth and send me a pic of it. Your get extra points for weirdness. :)
Imagine one of your stressors is in the centre of your labyrinth. Relax and use your index finger to follow the path in towards that stressor. Allow your mind to reflect on the issue as you view it from a 360 degree perspective. Once you reach the centre, let the issue go, and finger walk out again, feeling what it is to be free of this issue.
Using the 7 colours of the rainbow, starting from the outside and working in, colour your labyrinth red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, purple. As you do, think of all the positive traits associated with that colour.
Put one of your stressors into the centre of the labyrinth. As you use your index finger to walk your coloured labyrinth, let the main trait you associated with the colour you pass over to influence how you see the issue. Don't judge. When you reach the centre, imagine all the colours seeping into the issue and healing it. Then finger walk out again, feeling what your life would be like if that issue was healed.
Read back through what you wrote on each day and write about any shifts or insights you gained from these simple exercises. Send your review to me, leaving out any personal details you don't wish to share. At the end of the Challenge you will be notified by email if you have won one of the prizes.
